The Reach Foundation is now running Reach Children's Hub, a new initiative providing cradle-to-career programmes and services to benefit local children, young people and families in Feltham.
What We Do
Reach Children's Hub & Our Partners
The Reach Children’s Hub serves the community in Feltham and seeks (with the Reach Academy Trust) to provide a cradle-to-career pipeline of provision and support for children and young people in Feltham. We are working with a range of partners on this project - information on our partners can be found in the module below.
Our work with the NCT - Birth & Beyond Community Supporters
We are working with the NCT on their innovative Birth & Beyond Community Supporters project, which trains local mothers to provide peer support for expectant and new mothers in the local area. For more info, see the page on Birth & Beyond in the
Together with Save the Children, we are co-leading the Feltham Early Learning Community project, which aims to support local parents to develop a positive home learning environment for their children; improve local children’s access to high quality early years services; and support parents to engage in their children’s early education. More more info, see the page on
Another strand of our work is focused on supporting young people in Feltham into the best possible post-school outcomes - higher education or a great apprenticeship. We work with Career Ready and a range of other partners to support this work.
We offer a range of family support across the community. Some of this is 1:1 help for families and we also run regular Family Links and PEEP courses. These are hosted at Reach Academy Feltham and in other venues across the community.
We seek to support young people throughout the cradle to career journey, from our partnership with the NCT offering peer support to new Mum's, right through to mentoring with Career Ready and 'Reach On' support through University.
