The team at Reach would like to thank BP for a generous donation to laptops to keep children learning during this lockdown period. 

The school has worked with BP, who have offices close to Feltham in Sunbury, over the last five years around careers advice, promoting STEM career pathways and mentoring for pupils, and are incredibly grateful for this generous donation. 

BP has worked with its recycling partner, Sims Recycling, to deliver the laptops, which will help to ensure that all pupils can keep learning. 

Twelve Reach teachers have been involved in launching a brand new collection of high quality online resources to support teachers and pupils until schools re-open.

 These resources are freely available for any teacher in the country to choose if they want to use. 40 teachers from schools across the country will be producing over 180 online lessons each week, across every year group from Reception through to Year 10.

We are delighted to welcome our newest Reception cohort! 

A new group of Reception pupils will be receiving their offer letters from the school today. We are delighted to welcome 60 new pupils to the school. We are sorry that we are not able to admit all of the children who wanted to join us.

The school remains open for key worker children and our virtual learning offer will restart on the 20th April with the start of the Summer Term. 

We are delighted to announce that our co-founder, Ed Vainker, was awarded an OBE in the 2019 Queen's New Years Honours List for Services to Education. 

Ed, who co-founded Reach Academy Feltham with Rebecca Cramer and Jon McGoh in 2012 said: "it is humbling to receive this award. It is testament to the hard work and dedication of all of the pupils, families and staff at Reach. I am proud of what we have achieved together over the last eight years and I am looking forward to the next chapter in Feltham." 

Congratulations to Ed on this award. 

In December 2018 Reach Academy Trust was awarded three bids in the Curriculum Fund pilot. Through 2019 it will support six Primary schools and six Secondary school to implement the Reach Academy Feltham History and Geography curriculum which has delivered excellent outcomes over the past six years.
