Matilda joined Reach Academy Feltham in 2015. After graduating with a degree in Social and Political Science from Cambridge University, Matilda moved to Hong Kong and worked as an educational consultant supporting pupils' applications to Oxbridge and Russell Group universities. She returned to the UK to train as part of the Teach First Programme in Hayes.
Matilda is the education advisor to a charity called Let Me Know, which runs workshops to educate pupils on healthy and unhealthy relationships. She also sat on the DfE advisory group for the new Early Years Leadership National Professional Qualification and is currently working as an Expert Advisor for Ambition Institute. During the pandemic, Matilda was a Primary Curriculum Director for Oak National Academy, leading on the delivery of English, Humanities, Science and RSE across the Primary Phase.

Beck trained through the Teach First programme, teaching in a school in Birmingham before joining Reach Academy Feltham in 2012 as the first member of teaching staff. Having gained a first-class degree from Cardiff University in English Literature, she continues to teach English, this year to our A Level students. Beck is passionate about improving the lives of the young people who attend our school, and is dedicated to this goal. Beck lives in Twickenham with her husband Mike, and their son, Cal.
Juliette is the Director of Policy, Planning and Delivery at the Children's Commissioner Office. Juliette joined Reach Academy Trust as a Trustee and Chair of the Local Governing Body in December 2022.

Mark is Deputy Headteacher at Hampton School and has been a teacher in the local area since 2005. He has experienced a range of different aspects of school life and has been a member of the LGB since 2018. The cradle-to-career support Reach offers through the Reach Children’s Hub to young people and their families in the local area plays such an important role within the local community. Mark finds it a privilege to be able to support the work Reach does in helping its students to flourish.

Emma is a mother of two, the eldest in Year 7 and the youngest in Year 5. Emma works for the Serious Fraud Office and is a solicitor.
Emma is a trustee of the MAT also sits on the LGB and is the governor for safeguarding and looked after children.

Amanda was educated in South Wales and graduated from Exeter University with a degree in Engineering Science. Following an early career in Engineering working with fibre optics and on military aircraft and a spell at home with small children, she retrained as a maths teacher in 2000. Over the last twenty years she has taught maths to all age groups from Year 7 to Year 13. Alongside this she has been a Head of Year for a range of different age groups. Most recently Amanda was Head of Sixth Form at Haberdashers’ Monmouth School for Girls before moving to Lady Eleanor Holles as a Senior Assistant Head leading on the pastoral and extra-curricular life of the school. This role also included leading on our outreach and public benefit work and Amanda began to work with Reach Academy through this work. In September 2020 Amanda became Deputy Head Pastoral at LEH and took up the role of Governor at Reach Academy, and is look forward to working with staff and pupils at Reach over the coming years.

Claudenia is a Science teacher by profession and she is currently an Assistant Principal at Kingsley Academy, Hounslow. Claudenia has experience leading on teaching and learning, curriculum development and assessment.
Claudenia is passionate about ensuring that all children have access to a high quality education, and that they are equipped with powerful knowledge and skills, empowering them with the choice to attend top universities as well as the opportunity to live happy and healthy lives.
Claudenia is a Teach First Ambassador, and Chair of the Black Leaders in Education Network. She is presently completing her NPQH, as part of the Future Leaders programme, with Ambition Institute.
Claudenia has a passion for travel , music and sport, and has competed at national level in her sport, athletics.

I value the importance of education and giving children the right start and foundation in life. This is one step to many more opportunities to add value and give back to the school, family and community.
I am committed to Reach Academy’s work in education and community development as I have been a beneficiary of these. I know the impact of the workshops and support I have been a part of and received for the past 6 years since my daughter started at Reach Academy as a pupil.

Harini is a mother of two children, the elder son is in Year 7 and the younger son is in Year 1. Harini is a homemaker and a Parent Volunteer at Reach Children's Hub. Harini has a passion for child welfare and devotes her time to making a positive impact on society.
