As a school we set clear expectations of our staff, our pupils and our parents. We create a collaborative, mutually supportive environment focused on ensuring that every child realises their potential.
We expect our staff to deeply believe that every pupils is capable of academic success at school and beyond. We expect staff to come to lessons prepared, engage pupils in their learning in an exciting way, and set appropriate homework for every night. All of our staff are constantly striving to become better educated.
Form tutors follow the progress of all of their tutees and ensure that their individual needs are met. All staff go out of their way to get to know pupils as individuals and are in regular contact with parents, replying to email or phone calls promptly and usually within 24 hours.

At Reach Academy Feltham we believe that children will only realise their potential when a true partnership exists between school and home. We know that every parent wants the very best for their child and work hard to ensure clear lines of communication between staff and parents.
We expect parents at Reach to believe that their child is capable of academic success and to ensure that their child is in school on time every day wearing their uniform. Parents commit to allowing their child to go on school trips and to them eating the food the school provides. Parents are not expected to have their child take any time off during term time.
