Reach Academy Feltham is a not for profit organisation set up in 2011, inspired by the success of KIPP and the Harlem Children’s Zone in the US. Our team have visited some of the best schools across the globe over the past two years. We have identified the key characteristics and values that enable schools to unleash the potential of every child.

Ed has a track record of exceptional results in challenging urban schools, working in schools in Peckham and White City. Most recently he has been training outstanding teachers around the world and will bring many innovative approaches to Reach Academy Feltham.

Rebecca Cramer is a Teach First Ambassador and taught Humanities and English in three challenging London state schools, including as a founding member of staff at King Solomon Academy. She was also a Senior Officer for Classroom Leadership at Teach First, developing Teach First’s vision of teacher effectiveness.

Jen Hall is a Teach First Ambassador and former Head of Modern Languages, who works at a leading professional services firm, specialising in Education and Skills Consulting.
Tom Collins is Business Manager of Elliott School in Putney, and has worked as financial and strategy consultant.

Amanda Phillips is Headteacher and Executive Headteacher of Old Ford Primary School and Culloden Primary School, two primary schools in Tower Hamlets in the East End of London.
